Criselina lives with her family in western Colombia.
Her indigenous community was confined by non-state armed groups and they were forced to stay in their homes.
"For women, it's not like it used to be. The women were the ones who got the bananas and firewood in the bush, but now they no longer do that because they are the ones who are most at risk. What if they [armed people] find them over there, they rape them, they intimidate them, that's why they are locking themselves in the house," says Criselina.
