Adré informal settlement site in Chad is just next to a border crossing where most of the refugees from Sudan cross.
Over 950,000 people have fled to Chad, escaping horrific violence in Sudan. Many shared testimonies of targeted killing, sexual violence, and ethnically-targeted attacks. Now refugees in Chad, many are facing a daily struggle for survival and lack even the most basic essentials for life.
